This study is looking for people aged 50-80 with suspected sleep apnea and who are experiencing changes in their thinking skills but do not have dementia (referred to as Mild Cognitive Impairment).
The aim of this study is to examine if using CPAP for three months is associated with a slower rate of cognitive decline and/or beneficial effects in daytime functioning.
Patients will be offered assessments of their sleep (to confirm sleep apnea) and an evaluation of their thinking skills (to confirm mild cognitive impairment).
